Thank You Stomach Virus

This morning as I stepped on the scale, I didn't expect to see much of a difference. I didn't expect to be happy about what I saw, I really thought I would just say "OK good job keep on going" but this morning when I stepped on the scale and peeked down at the numbers...I was so happy. I lost 2 more pounds! I am so excited because now I can say I have reached my pre-pregnancy goal. not by much but hey, every pound counts. I am now at 154.5 and I hope to keep bringing it down. Oh and I can't give the virus all of the credit, I like to think I did a good job with my meals this week, or lack there of...
