Parker and I spent the weekend in Houston with my Momma, we visited with all of my family down there which means a lot of shopping and eating. Thankfully I was good and didn't gain at all, but I didn't lose either.
I loved the little note that was on my tracker this morning when I weighed. "You didn't lose this week, if you're happy with this weight keep doing what your doing. If you want to lose more take a look at the tips below." Umm no I'm not happy with this weight and I will be losing next week thank you very much.
I love what Ms. Blair (The creator of "McFatty Monday") said on her McFatty post today about how she feels like that skinny girl she wants to be and tells herself lies to get that cupcake she's been eyeing. I feel like that too most days, I say things like "It's alright, I didn't eat breakfast today, I can eat a burger and fries for lunch..." Hence the lingering 147 on the scale.
I'm sorry I don't have a whole lot to report, we've been consumed with Parker's ear business lately and hopefully I can get focused and get to my goal weight by June!
